Is there an app for Givebacks?
There is an app for the store (Givebacks POS), but not for the dashboard.  You should access the dashboard through a browser, either on your phone or computer.

It’s hard to read on my mobile phone

We find rotating your phone into landscape mode makes it easier to navigate the menus
 

I can’t view the Dashboard (heshsa.memberhub.com/dashboard)

The dashboard is helpful to see past announcements and upcoming calendar events, but it is not required.  You will still receive communications from the tool.  If you cannot see the dashboard, you should follow the steps to join the organization posted on our homepage.
 

I can’t view the Directory

Directory access is only available to those who are members of the HSA.  If you have not yet purchased your membership for the 2023-2024 school year you can do so by clicking the view store link on the left navigation.

You can also filter through the directory to select a specific hub/classroom.
 

I would like to join additional hubs

If you would like to join additional hubs (ex: join a committee) you can access them through Communications > Join hubs
 

Why can’t I add my child to a hub?  In Konstella, we’d see our child listed.

The main purpose of the hub is for email communications.  As we do not collect child email addresses, they are not added to the hub.  If you have multiple children in the same grade level (twins, triplets), please reach out to recordingsecretary@heshsa.org to add them to specific classrooms.
