Hillsborough Elementary’s HSA is a parent/teacher organization whose main goal is to establish positive communication between the staff, teachers and parents.  All parents, legal guardians, teachers and staff of Hillsborough Elementary are encouraged to join the HSA so that we can provide the most enriching teaching environment as well as a positive and nurturing atmosphere for the children.  The goal of the HSA is to provide supplemental educational materials and experiences for the children of Hillsborough Elementary School.  We aim to reach this goal through family centered events that encourage a positive community experience and foster the importance of volunteer work.  Children learn through our examples and by providing a community experience at the elementary school level, they can learn to be active participants in our world.
